Tuchpa is Balow's province 16. It is on folio3 (verso) of the Matricula and folio 52 (recto) of the Codex Mendoza. The Matricula folio was one of two stolen by Poinsett the American Ambassador to Mexico during the early nineteenth century.The following maps and table are all from Barlow (1949).
