Morphology, Habitat, and Distribution (After Mason, 1957)

The achene is trigonous, punctate, white turning brown at maturity, and 1 millimeter long. Plant is found in coastal marshes and tidal flats from San Diego County to Del Norte County, and inland to San Bernadino Counties.
