Geography Alum, ameia camielle smith, Published in Sounding Out!

Geography alum, ameia camielle smith (B.A. '24), has just been published in Sounding Out!, a peer-reviewed sound studies publication which seeks to direct the field’s energy toward the social, cultural, and political aspects of sound and listening since 2009. ameia’s piece, “to follow an invisible creek: in search of a decolonial sound walk praxis,” was written as part of their final project in GEOG 126: Sonic Geographies with Joel Wanek.
